At FDO, we don’t want players who only know how to run a play.
We want players who understand how to play basketball and those who want to learn.
We teach fundamentals, ball handling, passing, defense, movement, spacing, decision-making, teamwork, and basketball IQ. We want players to understand why they are doing something on the court, not simply memorize where they’re supposed to go.
💪 HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS: THIS MESSAGE IS FOR YOU
Didn’t make your school team this year?
Don’t let that decision define you. From 7:30-8:30, we practice with the HS crowd.
Come get to work.
Use this season to improve your game, strengthen your weaknesses, build confidence, and become a smarter basketball player.
The goal isn’t just to be ready for the next tryout.
The goal is to put in the work now so when next year comes, you’re a different player walking into that gym.
Come meet us Tuesday evening and see what FDO Basketball is about.
MORE THAN BASKETBALL.
Learn the game. Build the player. Develop the person.
